Watch the Horse Evaluation awards live Thursday, October 22, at 6 p.m. ET. The Horse Evaluation Career Development Event tests FFA members on the skills behind selecting and caring for horses, from placing classes on conformation and performance to defending their decisions with oral reasons and identifying breeds, equipment, and health practices. The awards program celebrates the state teams and individuals who competed at the national level and recognizes the top performers. The top team will be recognized on stage during Session 4 on Friday morning.
