Watch the Livestock Evaluation awards live Thursday, October 22, at 11 a.m. ET. The Livestock Evaluation Career Development Event tests FFA members on the skills behind raising quality animals, from placing classes of beef cattle, swine, sheep, and goats to defending their decisions with oral reasons and making keep-or-cull selections for a breeding program. The awards program celebrates the state teams and individuals who competed at the national level and recognizes the top performers. The top team will be recognized on stage during Session 3 on Thursday evening.
