Watch the Parliamentary Procedure finals live Friday, October 23, at 2 p.m. ET. The nation’s top teams each conduct a business meeting using parliamentary procedure, handling motions and debate on the spot before answering questions from the judges. Finalists are judged on their accuracy, their reasoning, and how well they lead the meeting as a team. The national winner will be announced on stage during Session 6 on Friday evening.
