Watch the Employment Skills awards live Thursday, October 22, at 6 p.m. ET. In this event, FFA members apply for a real-world agricultural job by preparing a cover letter and résumé, completing a job application, and interviewing with the judges by phone and in person. The awards program recognizes the state winners who competed at the national level, celebrating the skills that help members land the careers they’re preparing for. The national winner will be announced on stage during Session 4 on Friday morning.
