The Creed Speaking Leadership Development Event gives younger FFA members their first chance to speak before judges on the national stage. Competitors in grades 7 through 9 recite the FFA Creed from memory and then answer questions about its meaning and its place in their own lives. At the 99th National FFA Convention, we recognize the finalists who advanced from chapter, district, and state competition to earn a place among the best young speakers in the organization. For many of them, this is where a lifetime of leadership begins.
