Addison Kennon, an 11th grader from Mountain View, Arkansas, processes jalapenos as part of her SAE project. She grows and sells jalapenos locally, focusing on food safety and proper canning techniques she learned from her mother. With a grant, she renovated a market space with her sister. Her FFA involvement has enhanced her public speaking and encouraged.
