Watch the Meats Evaluation and Technology awards live Friday, October 23, at 9 a.m. ET. The Meats Evaluation and Technology Career Development Event tests FFA members on the skills behind a safe, high-quality meat supply, from identifying retail cuts and grading carcasses to evaluating quality and solving food safety problems as a team. The awards program celebrates the state teams and individuals who competed at the national level and recognizes the top performers. The top team will be recognized on stage during Session 5 on Friday afternoon.
